Iβve been following Jeremy Pang for years and always dreamed of visiting the School of Wok. This Christmas, I received his cookbook and a voucher for a class β and it was everything I hoped for and more! π Lance β A Teacher with Passion & Humor Lance was absolutely fantastic! He got everyone talking, laughing, and learning from the very start. His energy was contagious, and his tips were practical and easy to follow. π₯ Dishes We Learned to Make: Thai Spring Rolls β crispy, fresh, and packed with flavor π― Thai Green Salad β zesty, vibrant, and beautifully balanced π₯¬ Thai Green Chicken Curry β creamy, aromatic, and full of authentic taste π π· Great Vibes & Tasty Extras We were treated to wine (or Cobra beer!) throughout the class, which made the experience even more fun and relaxed.
