That super hyped 888 Sushi and Robata in Vegas 🍣🔥
For the $38 middle-tier meal, we were two adults and three kids (2-year-old free, 8 & 10 years old at $24 each). Overall, we adults thought it was pretty worth it 💸👍. But that ramen was terrible! 🍜😫 And all the grilled items were super sweet — maybe adjusted for kids’ tastes? 🍯👶 The ice cream after the meal was really good though 🍦❤️ — saved us from having to take the kids somewhere else for dessert. One-stop solution for parents! ✅ On Friday, we thought going after 9 PM would mean no wait… but they said they were fully booked for the day 😑❌. But we had to go to Zion on Saturday and didn’t know when we’d be back. I was determined to try this super hyped place that’s always packed! 💪 So on Saturday, whenever we had signal in Zion, I kept checking the waitlist online 📱⛰️. Finally got in — 39 parties ahead, estimated 334 minutes wait… 😱⏳ Then I used my husband’s phone to join another waitlist a few minutes later — over 40 parties ahead, estimated eating time 10:30 PM 😂📲. The whole way back, I kept checking how many parties were left and calculating the drive time… such a mentally exhausting experience 😖💦. I kept wondering: Do we really have to eat this meal? Is it that necessary? 🤔 When we arrived, it said 5 parties ahead… and those last 5 took another hour to clear 🥲⏰. We finally sat down to eat at 8:45 PM. What a journey for one meal! 🍽️🙃💦 #VegasEats #888Sushi #FamilyMeal #WorthTheWait #VegasFoodStory #ParentingInVegas
