Appetizers: 1️⃣ Red Oil Salmon Sashimi (Faroe Islands) 2️⃣ Lobster Sashimi: The texture is incredibly rich~You can taste the sweet and chewy lobster meat along with the salty, spicy, and fragrant chili sauce. Main Courses: 3️⃣ "Big Fish, Big Meat": We were amazed when two huge grilled mackerel were served – the portion is really! huge! It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, seasoned with a sweet and sour Tosa sauce. 4️⃣ Sweet Shrimp Spring Rolls 5️⃣ Chef's Sashimi Platter: Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!
