The Antico Ristoro di Cambi 📍: Via Sant'Onofrio, 1R, 50124 Firenze FI This is a very popular trattoria, a family-style restaurant where you definitely need to call ahead to make a reservation. I had seen it many times, always packed with people, and finally decided to try it on a rainy day when I didn't feel like cooking.😻😻😻 Once inside, I was struck by the beautiful, intricate murals decorating the restaurant—it felt very rustic and charming. During dinner time, there wasn't a single empty seat, which really shows how important it is to book in advance.❤️❤️❤️ We ordered Tagliatelle al ragù di coniglio funghi galletti e zafferano (rabbit ragù with porcini mushrooms and saffron) and Stracotto alla fiorentina (Florentine-style beef stew). The tagliatelle was pretty standard, and the rabbit wasn't particularly flavorful, but the stew was truly amazing. The beef in the Florentine stew was so tender—it had been cooked for hours until it was practically melting in your mouth. Highly recommended!😘😘😘 I've attached the menu for reference.
