🇮🇹 When in Rome, you must try the carbonara pasta. Cantina e Cucina serves the best carbonara I've had in Rome so far, and I've been back multiple times whenever I crave carbonara. 📍 Address: Via del Governo Vecchio, 87, 00186 Roma RM This restaurant is well-known and very popular, so much so that you'll likely have to wait in line after 7:30 PM. To avoid the queue, it's better to go during lunchtime or earlier in the evening. Next door is the popular tiramisu spot, Two Sizes, and both places often have long lines 🤣. Many people are seen waiting for both, eventually enjoying both treats 🤭. 🍽️ Recommendations: Tonnarello Carbonara (as shown in the first picture), this is a must-order pasta dish at their restaurant, it's very delicious, and the portion is quite generous; it tastes even better when eaten hot.
