I'm always searching online for fresh and amazing food experiences in Nashville that I haven't discovered yet. Thankfully, our city never stops delivering! In fact, if it weren't for those crowdsourced restaurant review sites, I would never have found this little gem tucked away on Belcourt Avenue in Hillsboro Village! 💎 So, what's the magic here? How can a relatively unknown spot in a quirky Nashville neighborhood be so incredibly delicious, while maintaining a near-perfect 4.9-star average with 805 online reviews (make that 806 now!)? You can't be serious! Well, I am serious (and don't call me Shirley 😉). The food is absolutely phenomenal!! The menu features a wonderful variety of chicken dishes—hence the fitting name "Only Chicken." The selection is so diverse that even if you're unfamiliar with Turkish cuisine, you're guaranteed to find something you'll love. They truly have something for everyone. I opted for the large spicy chicken platter at heat level 3 (right in the middle). It was incredibly flavorful with a perfect, manageable kick—honestly, it surpassed my previous chicken experiences in Turkey itself! 🇹🇷 The grilled chicken thigh was incredibly tender and juicy, soaked in a rich, aromatic, and spicy sauce! Considering Nashville's significant Middle Eastern community, this dish felt like a brilliant reinterpretation of Nashville hot chicken! The side was a small portion of high-quality pasta, possibly macaroni, perfectly baked to an al dente texture. A third component was a refreshing salad with lettuce, corn, olives, and more.
