The best lobster rolls in New York! I found them!
Went to a newly opened seafood tavern called Smithereens last week, tried all the dishes, and discovered that the absolute best was the lobster roll. Immediately made a plan to go back this Tuesday just for the lobster roll. 😋 What sets this lobster roll apart is that the lobster meat isn’t cooked to 100% done, so it doesn’t get too dry and is absolutely delicious. 🦐 The chef, Nick, previously worked at Momofuku Ko and then at Claud. The sommelier, Nikita, also hails from Momofuku Ko. 🍽️ Their seafood is all top-notch, and the chef excels at fish dishes.
