The best pasta in Florence.

Despite the poor weather these past few days, I found incredibly delicious pasta near the Piazzale Michelangelo! We only ordered two types of pasta, and they were both very tasty! (The pasta menu is on the last page) The overall restaurant ambiance is super cozy and comfortable. This octopus pasta is so good, it's the only thing I'm going to miss about Florence. Highly recommended: Octopus Linguine (Linguine al Polpo con scorza di Limone e Pomodorini), it's incredibly fragrant!! The combination of octopus and lemon flavors is so novel, and the octopus meat is particularly tender. The overall taste is so captivating that one bite will leave you longing to return. Red Prawn Tartare (Tartare di Gambero rosso), this appetizer combines sweet shrimp and apple, and it's excellent in both taste and texture.
