🍜 The BEST Pho in Denver – Worth a Layover Trip! 🚖
During a 7-hour layover in Denver, I made the spontaneous decision to take the shuttle bus from the airport just for a bowl of pho — and it was the best decision ever! 🤩 The place is called O Lien Kitchen, and trust me — it’s a hidden treasure! 🥢 ⚠️ Heads-up for airport bus tickets: Not all ticket machines sell the same thing! We accidentally bought an upgrade ticket for $4.50, but what you actually need is the Airport Day Pass for $10. The bus inspector helped us out, and we repurchased on the RTD MyRide app — much easier! 📲 We rode to the last stop, then took a $13 taxi (about 15 mins) to the restaurant. The moment I walked in and heard the accents, I knew — this was going to be legit! 👂✅ And wow — it was BEYOND delicious! 🍲 The broth was rich and fragrant, the meat portions were generous, and it came with fresh herbs and a side of shrimp paste that added so much depth! 😋🦐 It was so satisfying that it instantly washed away all the travel fatigue — and the portion was so big, my boyfriend and I shared one bowl! Afterward, we took a cab back to downtown and wandered around. I would fly back to Denver just for this pho! 🛬❤️ If you’re traveling through Denver — don’t miss it! 📍 O Lien Kitchen – A pho paradise worth the journey! #OLienKitchen #DenverPho #BestPho #FoodWorthTravelingFor #LayoverEats #VietnameseFood
