The Best Pig's Feet Noodle Soup
I absolutely love Vietnamese cuisine๏ฝSuitable for all seasons!๐ This place has been my go-to Vietnamese canteen since moving to Hamburg. The portions are generous, the flavors are delightful, and the value for money is high! It has been open since 91, for over 30 years, and it's conveniently located near the main train station (HBF). The pig's feet noodle soup is out of this world! It's definitely the number one I've had in Germany.๐ The meat portion is incredibly satisfying, with pig's trotters, sliced knuckle meat, and sliced beef. The accompanying vegetables are also very impressive. Even as a big eater, I was completely full after the meal. The noodles are thick and round, giving a great texture when slurped๐ The last time I had pig's feet noodle soup was in Berlin, but after trying this place, there's no need to make a special trip to Berlin anymore! I also always order their homemade drink!
