The Best Ramen in Utah (In My Opinion!) 🍜

A newly opened ramen spot —😍 The wagyu has a light smoky flavor that’s just right, and the rice’s tanginess is perfectly balanced. I usually don’t eat green onions, but the chopped scallions on top added such a nice aroma without feeling out of place. The decor is cozy, and there’s a subtle, pleasant scent when you walk in.🤣❤️ Sitting by the window with sunlight and lush trees outside — the vibe feels natural and relaxing, no forced aesthetics. The noodles were incredibly chewy — the most satisfying texture I’ve had in Utah. The broth was rich, fragrant, and deeply flavorful. The meat was tender, rich but not greasy — I finished everything, even drank all the soup! The fried chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside, served with a house-made spicy sauce that was delicious😁😊. I’ll definitely be back — this is personally my favorite ramen spot in Utah. (Just my personal taste and preference! 😊) #SaltLakeCityFood #RestaurantRecommendation 🏮🥢💖
