The best restaurant in Florence is this one.

I booked the Baglioni Hotel in Florence. The reason is that the rooftop terrace offers a panoramic view of the entire city. Plus, it's right next to the Florence Cathedral, where you can see the whole church. Another great thing is its prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance to other popular Florence attractions.❤️❤️❤️ The hotel is great, but the rooftop restaurant is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it. It's definitely the best Italian restaurant I've been to in the past few days. I've had ordinary ones before and even recommended a decent one in my previous post, but today I had the best.😀😀😀 Firstly, the restaurant's ambiance is incredibly luxurious. I had reserved a window seat in advance, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful Florence night view and see the Florence Cathedral illuminated at night. The setting is just perfect.😻😻😻 Then there's the food. The dishes are beautifully plated and taste fantastic. The foie gras balls, in particular, are extraordinary. The outside of the balls is covered in peanut crumbs and served with poached pears. The combination of flavors is unparalleled. We ordered almost all the main courses. The T-bone steak is amazing, incredibly delicious! We also had beef brisket and roasted lamb, both of which were fantastic. You can't go wrong with any of these dishes.🤖🤖🤖 Lastly, I must emphasize their service, which is so good it brings tears to your eyes. Everyone is extremely attentive and greets you with a bright smile. This genuine warmth is truly irresistible. The manager, a 60-70-year-old gentleman, doesn't speak English fluently, but he is incredibly kind. He often came over to chat with us and even gave us complimentary desserts and a discount at the end. We're just ordinary people and hadn't been to such a restaurant before, but today's experience, though a bit pricey, was absolutely worth it. If you ever come to Florence, you must dine at this hotel's rooftop restaurant. The food is truly delicious, and the service is incredibly warm and welcoming. I hope everyone gets a chance to try it. If you don't order too much, €40-50 per person should be enough. We did over-order a bit.
