Restaurant Name: The Atlantic on Pacific The chefs here truly understand food! We were so impressed that we ate here two days in a row! 🤣 1️⃣ Baked Scallops 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely outstanding! Baked scallops and shrimp with just the right amount of cheese—not too salty, and the seafood was cooked perfectly. A great appetizer! 2️⃣ Chilled Seafood Salad 🌟🌟🌟 A mayo-based seafood salad 🥗. Light and refreshing, but fairly standard. 3️⃣ Low Country (Special Menu) Not highly recommended. The shrimp were cooked well, but the dish mainly consisted of corn, potatoes, sausage slices, and a few shrimp. The flavor was dominated by Old Bay seasoning—something I’ve had enough of in Maryland! 😅 4️⃣ Seared Scallop (Special Menu) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Highly recommended! For one person, this dish plus an appetizer would be enough. It’s like a mushroom seafood risotto—the scallops were sweet and high-quality. Looks messy but tastes amazing! 5️⃣ Fried Calamari 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 So delicious! Possibly the best-fried calamari I’ve ever had! Topped with seaweed flakes, green onions, eel sauce, and spicy mayo—crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. 6️⃣ Fried Oysters 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The frying technique here is impeccable! The oysters were crispy on the outside yet soft and juicy inside—no overcooking or fishy taste. 7️⃣ Fries & Patty Griddle Burger (Kids Menu) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The fries were excellent—perfect thickness, soft inside, crispy outside, and perfectly salted. The kid’s burger had a single patty with cheese and ketchup—simple but delicious! The bun seemed toasted, adding extra flavor. (The regular menu burger has double patties.) 8️⃣ Steamed White Wine Mussels 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Standard Western-style mussels—fresh and sweet. A great appetizer to share! 9️⃣ Shrimp Chorizo Empanada 🌟🌟🌟 Think of it as a foreign-style baked seafood dumpling. Tasty, but the portion might surprise you… 😅 🚨 10th Dish: Adobo Chicken Wing ❌ Do NOT order this! From this dish, you can sense the chef’s love (and confusion) for Asian flavors.
