The best Spanish food in London

I was recommended this Spanish restaurant in Marylebone by a colleague during a meeting 🌿. The sight of their flowing Basque cheesecake was truly enticing, and unexpectedly, none of the other dishes disappointed either!!! 1️⃣ Pan Con Tomate Tomato Bread πŸ… A soft European bun with a crispy shell, topped with fresh tomato pieces, perfect with Iberian ham! Recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 2️⃣ Jamon De Bellota πŸ₯© Three-year cured ham with moderate fat content, not greasy, and the flavor intensifies with each chew. Recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 3️⃣ Crab & Caviar Pintxo πŸ¦€ Absolutely stunning, possibly the best crab appetizer I’ve had in London. Generous portion of crab meat, incredibly satisfying. Recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 4️⃣ Octopus Croquetas πŸ™ Looks like octopus balls, with no fishy taste to the octopus. Recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟 5️⃣ Gambas 🦐 Smells aromatic, but some parts were a bit burnt and slightly bitter. Recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟 6️⃣ Pluma πŸ– The base is similar to pizza sauce, the pork is flavorful without being greasy, and no gamey taste. Recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 7️⃣ Tomate Salad πŸ… Peeled tomatoes with olive oil and salt, a bit on the salty side. Personally, I think candied tomatoes are tastier haha. Recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟 8️⃣ Basque Cheesecake πŸ§€ As the only dessert in the house, it really doesn’t disappoint!!! The cheese flavor is just right, not too tart, and the flowing center is smooth, paired with a slightly charred crust, it’s amazing!!! Recommendation: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Overall, it’s a restaurant with a very high standard 🍴, and the service is also warm! If you’re planning to go, make sure to book in advance, especially on weekends, as the place is small and the business is booming. The average cost is about 60-80 pounds, which is a bit pricey. If you’re just craving the Basque cheesecake, you can also call to order a whole cake, and it seems they can deliver (the waiter told me, but I haven’t tried it). #London #LondonFood #LondonLife #LondonSpanishFood #SpanishRestaurant #BasqueCheesecake #Basque #LondonExploration #Marylebone #SeymourPlace
