The Best Stay in Miami!! 🏨✨

What an incredible hotel! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and the hardworking staff goes above and beyond to meet every need 💖. I can’t emphasize this enough—there are no lazy or distracted employees here! The management truly deserves praise 👏. A special thank you to Raquel Fernandez, the sales manager, for her warm hospitality and thoughtful service 🤗. Big shout-outs to the valet team—Cesar, Jorge, and Paul—for their friendly smiles, careful handling of our car, and help with packing and unpacking our luggage . Also, thanks to Corami for smoothly handling our checkout! The beds were super comfortable, the food delicious, and the drinks top-notch . The bartender by the pool was not only great to chat with but also made an amazing mojito 🍃. We always felt safe here, and the room service was outstanding and quick 💫. Daily housekeeping without having to ask—YES!!! 🙌 This hotel is a true gem! Now, for the downside—while it’s not exactly the hotel’s fault, I have to mention it for an honest review. The noise from a nearby club travels up to the rooms and can be pretty disruptive, especially when you're trying to sleep 😴. The loud bass/club music went on until around 2 AM. You could literally feel the rhythm if you touched the windows! I called the front desk, and they apologized but said there wasn’t much they could do. I understand, but it made sleep almost impossible 😔. Even so, I’m still giving 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because the service was just THAT amazing!!
