We usually stay at the Sheraton or Ko Olina, but the Hyatt completely surprised us in the best way! The front desk and Manager Lawrence made our stay extra special π₯°. We were welcomed with chocolate-covered strawberries, a cheese platter, and drinks β the perfect start to our staycation ππ§πΎ. Even better, we were upgraded to their newly renovated mini-suite, which felt just right for the two of us πβ¨. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and promptly took care of all our requests π§Ήβ .
