The accompanying jus and roasted vegetables complemented the dish wonderfully. 🥘 Wood-Fired Duck with Crispy Rice An absolute standout! The succulent duck breast was served over a layer of perfectly crisped rice (think Chinese-style guoba), creating an irresistible texture contrast.
