The black truffle cheese pasta that everyone raves about.

Osteria Pastella Via della Scala, 17 R, 50123 Firenze FI Italy The restaurant opens at 12 noon, but we arrived at 11:30 a.m. (since we had finished visiting the famous perfume store across the street and had nothing else to do)... Subsequently, more and more people started to line up...😀 There were basically two queues, one for walk-ins and the other for reservations... Since we didn't have a reservation that day, the restaurant let the reservation customers go in first, and then it was our turn as walk-in customers... Depending on the number of people that day, we were fortunate to be called in during the first round... ❗️Friendly reminder: It's better to make a reservation early.❤️ ❗️The restaurant has many long tables, and two couples might be seated at the same long table (though you don't need to worry too much, the seats are still comfortable).
