With five charming stone bridges and lovely cafés, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset. • Chipping Campden 🏡 My personal favorite! Famous for its classic thatched roofs made of straw and reed — just like the cottages you see on postcards. • Broadway 🗼 A quintessential English village with golden stone houses. Climb Broadway Tower for breathtaking views over the town. • Bibury 🎬 Filming location for Bridget Jones’s Diary. Don’t miss Arlington Row! Also visit Bibury Trout Farm to feed fish or try fishing. • Stow-on-the-Wold 🍯 Be sure to see St Edward’s Church — its ancient tree-framed door is truly magical. • Bourton-on-the-Hill ⛰️ Perched on a hillside, it’s one of the highest towns in the Cotswolds — perfect for a scenic stroll among historic buildings. • Lower & Upper Slaughter 🌿 The quietest villages with very few tourists. Walking here feels like stepping into a fairy tale. • Burford 🏞️ Its sloping street leading down to the river is one of the most beautiful in the Cotswolds. • Snowshill Lavender Farm 💜 Open only in July and August — a dreamy combo of fairy-tale village and lavender fields. Lucky you if you visit during this time! • Lacock Abbey ⛪ A frequent filming location for Harry Potter and Downton Abbey. Open from 10:00 to 17:00. • Castle Combe 🎥 Where the movie Wolfman was shot.
