Saw Paloma the Bakery all over Instagram β their croissant layers looked unreal! I had to try them. π First, I visited their Manhattan spot inside Follow Barberβ¦ but arrived near closing and they were sold out. π© I heard the Brooklyn locations have more variety, so I used my lunch break to make the trip. I went to the Greenpoint location β took a cab, only to find just raisin croissants left (not my thing! π). I Googled and saw another spot just a 10-minute walk away, so I decided to try my luck. Good things come to those who persist! π The other location had all the varieties in stock! I bought five different croissants π₯ and each was incredible β crisp, buttery, beautifully laminated. Their coffee βοΈ was excellent too β I even bought a bag to brew at home. If youβre on a croissant mission, go straight to this location.
