Find Things to DoFind The Best Restaurants

The first meal in Paris was such a pleasant surprise!!

After arriving at the airport and it was already past nine in the evening, we were starving. We found a family-style French restaurant near the hotel that stays open until two in the morning. We didn't expect it to be this delicious 😋 The duck breast and steak were perfectly pan-seared, and when paired with garlic butter potatoes, it was simply divine. The duck leg was roasted to have a texture similar to pork knuckle. Although the skin was a bit greasy, the meat was dry and fragrant, and it tasted great even when cold. The snails are their signature dish, served in a creamy tomato and mushroom sauce. I was worried about any odd flavors, but there were none! They were so delicious when paired with the bread we had before the meal. 🍽️ We also ordered the white wine recommended by the waiter. Two of us spent about eighty euros (we were really hungry!), and the portions were huge. Normally, it would probably be around twenty euros per person. After this meal, we definitely added Chez Papa Bastille to our must-eat list in Paris 😋 📍 Chez Papa Bastille 40 Bd de la Bastille, 75012 Paris, France #travel #food #ParisianCuisine #ParisianRestaurantRecommendation #FrenchDining #ParisTrip #FoodieExperience #RestaurantRecommendation #GlobalFoodieSquad
