The Four Seasons Hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant Il Palagio

Italian cuisine is just so delicious! Even a random street-side café serves amazing food. Despite that, I couldn't resist visiting a Michelin-starred restaurant to see the level of Italian fine dining. 🍴 Before setting off, I spent ages choosing a restaurant. I was looking for one with a great atmosphere, photogenic, and ideally with not overly large portions. Il Palagio at the Four Seasons Hotel was a perfect match for my taste. On the day of the meal, after a day of exploring museums and being immersed in Renaissance aesthetics, I arrived at the restaurant. It felt like stepping into an exquisite museum. Everything from the fresh flowers to the lighting and the tableware was meticulously chosen. 💐 It was an immersive experience of Italian romance. 🍝 The food was pretty good. I had never seen that kind of long bread before—it was so photogenic. The lobster in the appetizer was super fresh and my favorite dish. Of course, Italian cuisine wouldn't be complete without risotto and pasta. The way they elevate traditional dishes is probably by adding truffles. The season for white and black truffles had just begun, and the restaurant was already offering them at €9 per gram.😀😀😀 The six-course meal was filling enough, and with the pre-dessert, I was more than full. Florence has so many other delicious and affordable places to eat, which I'll write about in another post! #Florence #FourSeasonsFlorence #ItalyTravel #FlorenceItaly
