The bread is soft and sweet, with a rich butter and egg aroma. The accompanying fries are the thin, crispy kind. Spinach Lobster Quiche 🍳 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The entire dish is prepared using the French method of oil confit, resulting in a lighter flavor profile. The lobster meat is fresh and elastic, the quiche is incredibly tender, and the yogurt oil on top adds an extra layer of flavor. Blueberry French Toast 🍞 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 A very thick egg-soaked toast is topped with a generous layer of maple custard sauce and a layer of blueberry sauce. I particularly enjoy the edges of the bread that are toasted to a crispy, caramelized perfection. The dish is not overly sweet, but it can be rich if eaten in large quantities, making it suitable for sharing among friends. However, their coffee and tea are just average.
