Seafood Paella 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This is probably the best seafood paella I've had in the past year. It includes a whole lobster, and the overall taste of the paella is excellent, with no bitterness at all (for those who understand, after eating seafood paella from N different places, there's always a burnt bitterness). Moussaka 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I consider this the Greek version of lasagna, with layers of eggplant and potatoes, topped with a layer of cheese. It's a very distinctive dish. Kalamarakia 🌟🌟🌟🌟 These are fried squid rings, a standard appetizer that's neither exceptional nor disappointing. Poached Pear 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A dessert that's perfect for photos, made with a whole pear soaked in a special syrup, served with chopped pistachios and berry sauce, topped with ice cream.
