We booked a Friday night reservation during Halloween weekend π β yes, while Taylor Swift was performing in town π€π«, but we chose this spot based on a local's strong recommendation! And wow, was that the best decision ever! As seasoned travelers who have dined around the world πβοΈ, I can honestly say: the gumbo was one of the most incredible dishes I've ever tasted in my life! It was rich, deeply spiced, and simmered with so much soul.
