🍙 Uni Truffle Butter Rice / Egg Yolk A must-order at this place is the "Truffle Sea Urchin Rice" 🧈. The sea urchin is incredibly fresh and sweet, and the truffle and butter flavors are indeed rich! However, after having too much, I found the butter flavor a bit overwhelming 🥲. For those who share my concern about feeling overwhelmed by richness, I recommend not mixing everything at once, but only mixing as much as you plan to eat at one time! 🍙 Toro Foie Gras Sushi The combination of foie gras and toro is simply explosive 💥. It melts in your mouth, and the two together create a rich yet non-greasy texture in the mouth. I absolutely love it! 🍙 Omakase We ordered both sushi and sashimi Omakase. The chef's selection is impeccable! It's suggested to enjoy the torched toro last so that it doesn't affect the taste of the other sushi! 🍙 Grilled Unagi The sea salt grilled eel is really quite suitable for pairing with alcohol! The texture is crispy, and with wasabi, it offers a different flavor experience.
