The King of Affordability in Parisian French Cuisine

A century-old Parisian restaurant with a family recipe for confit de canard passed down through three generations. It's a well-known local restaurant that offers delicious food at reasonable prices, with generous portions. Recommendations: 🦆 Confit de Canard A must-try French specialty, the confit de canard is crispy on the outside and tender and flavorful on the inside; it's very fragrant and without the gamey taste of duck. It might be a bit salty by the end, so it's great with bread. The dish comes with two duck legs, and the potatoes soaked in duck fat underneath are incredibly flavorful, I couldn't stop eating them. 🐑 Lamb Chops The lamb chops have a fresh, natural taste of lamb, with a nice balance of fat and lean, and the meat is tender and not greasy. For someone with a strong preference for bold flavors like me, it's relatively mild. The dish comes with three lamb bones, so it's a decent size. 🐮 Beef Bone Marrow The marrow is rich and buttery, with a smooth texture, and indeed very fragrant. However, it's best eaten with bread as it can become a bit heavy if eaten alone. A small fork is provided specifically for scooping out the marrow. 🍽 The restaurant is filled with European customers, many of whom are here for family or corporate gatherings. We made a reservation for 9:30 PM, and the place was almost full. #France #FrenchCuisine #Paris #ParisFood #ParisLife #ParisExplore #ParisLiving #FranceTravel #EuropeTravel #FrenchFood #ConfitDeCanard #InspirationNotes #EveryMomentMatters #FoodExploration #WesternCuisine
