The Largest Private Estate in the U.S.A. — Biltmore Estate
The Biltmore Estate was built by George Washington Vanderbilt, a descendant of the founder (investor) of Vanderbilt University. As a tycoon in the railway transportation industry, the Vanderbilt family was second only to the Rockefeller family a century ago. Although the Vanderbilt family has declined, they are still the seventh richest family in the world. The entire estate is vast, covering 125,000 acres, and forms a completely self-sufficient environment. The estate raises cattle, sheep, and chickens; the chicken and beef are truly delicious, with the chicken being very tender. They even have their own winery 🍷 During the Christmas season, the entire estate is decorated with 67 Christmas trees 🎄, and every room is filled with the Christmas spirit. Moreover, there is a complete swimming pool, gym, and bowling alley 🎳 underground. Perhaps the glory of each family is similar; apart from being larger in size, the Biltmore Estate is not much different from other castles I’ve visited. However, on my way, I met a dignified grandmother with white hair and a grandfather playing the guitar inside the castle. At that moment, it felt like the pages of history had been turned, and I could almost see the thriving Vanderbilt family from a hundred years ago. #WantToDocumentThisMoment #ThisTemplateHasSomething #WhatToPlayInTheDMVArea #StudyingInAmerica #BiltmoreEstate #Biltmore #NorthCarolinaTriangle #CharlotteNC #AmericanBiltmore #biltmoreestate #GoodLuckDelivery2024 #2024TravelPlans #LightIsTheSourceOfAllAmbiance
