๐ŸŒŸ The Ledbury: London's Must-Visit Three-Michelin-Star Restaurant

This year, I unexpectedly managed to book a table at The Ledbury for my birthday week, and our trio of food enthusiasts couldn't wait to dive in. ๐ŸŽ‚ It's been two or three years since our last visit, and the most striking thing this time around is how much more intricate and refined the dishes have become. While not every single dish is a flavor explosion, the level of care and attention to detail is truly top-notch in London. They even had lovely little surprises for the birthday person! ๐Ÿฅณ The beef tartare, duck liver biscuits, and fried scallop snacks were as fresh and delicious as ever. The bread hasn't changed much from a few years ago, which is a good thing! The crab, shrimp, and other seafood were excellent, as were the fish and mushroom-based dishes. The main course was lamb, and for dessert, we had mango sorbet and chocolate Napoleon. ๐Ÿ” Overall, the meal was very complete, and the pacing of the dishes was spot-on. The service was impeccableโ€”super attentive and warm, with everyone speaking in perfect British accents. They even saw us off at the door. ๐ŸŽ‰ If I had to pick just one of London's six three-Michelin-star restaurants, I'd still go with The Ledbury. Per person: ยฃ400+ #London
