Is Gordon Ramsay a marketing genius? 🤔 This time in Vegas, I specifically visited his Burger restaurant at Planet Hollywood. I ordered the signature Hell's Kitchen Burger, but it wasn't as impressive as I expected... The patty was quite dry, even though I asked for medium-rare... Pretty disappointing. ☹️ We sat at the bar counter. Two meals, final bill: 58.6 + 10 tip = $70. Okay, I'm picky, but here's my ranking of what was actually good: Hot Fries > Bun > Burger Patty. There was a fake line outside the door... 🚶♂️🚶♂️🚶♂️ Actually, there were quite a few empty tables inside. Anyway, maybe they're more focused on the service experience?
