The Love – A Romantic Valentine’s Night in Philly 💕
📍 130 S 18th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103 Tried their brunch before but wasn’t memorable — this was my first dinner here. The name just fits Valentine’s Day too perfectly ❤️, so I booked it without a second thought! 🐟 Line-Caught Tuna Crudo Visually striking but flavor-wise a bit complex — the Asian-style black garlic sauce overpowered the tuna 🍣🌿. Not the best crudo I’ve had. 🍝 Shrimp & Scallop Spaghetti A creamy yet light seafood pasta — really hit the spot for us 🦐🍝✨! 🦆 Crispy Duck Confit The skin was incredibly fragrant! 🦆🔥 Duck alone was a bit salty, but paired perfectly with the wheat berry base. Loved the black cherry vinegar-marinated cherries — a nice twist. 🍟 Housemade Crispy Potato Frites & Charred Onion Remoulade Not fries — more like chunky potato wedges with a rich onion dip 🥔🧅. Felt like a calorie bomb 💥 but tasty. 🍮 Warm Red Velvet Cake Red velvet cake with cookie crumble ice cream and chocolate sauce — sweet but not overwhelming 🍰❤️. 🍰 Complimentary Cheesecake They gave us a slice for our anniversary — sweet touch! 🎂 Not a must-eat in Philly, but a place I’d gladly return to now and then ✨. #WeekendEats #DinnerTonight #Philly #PhillyFood #PhillyEats #FoodieDiary #PhillyLife
