My girlfriend and I arrived on November 20, 2025, and stayed until the 26th. While our first room (213) was a bit too close to the elevator and above Macy’s—which meant some nighttime noise—the staff handled the situation with incredible warmth and efficiency. They kindly and promptly moved us to a quieter, more comfortable room, turning a small hiccup into a testament to their outstanding service 🤝✨. From that moment on, our stay was absolutely wonderful.
