My girlfriend and I arrived on Tuesday, May 20, 2025, and stayed through Saturday, the 24th – and what a memorable stay it was! From the ideal location right in the heart of the action to the genuinely kind staff, this historic hotel made our New Orleans trip truly special. We were initially assigned Room 213, which was a bit too close to the elevator and above Maison Blanche – leading to some nighttime noise. 🛗🌃 But here’s where the hotel shined: they promptly and warmly moved us to another room with zero hassle. It’s not about the issue – it’s how they handle it, and they absolutely excelled! Throughout our stay, every staff member was courteous, approachable, and attentive to our needs. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, extra towels, or just a friendly greeting in the hall – we felt genuinely cared for. 😊🛎️ If you’re looking for a hotel that blends history, hospitality, and heart – all within steps of the French Quarter’s best attractions – we can’t recommend this place enough.
