Beef Papaya Salad The beef is tender with a hint of lemongrass fragrance, super refreshing! 🥩🥗 This restaurant has been around for decades. The average age of the staff must be 60+, and most of the customers are loyal regulars. If you’re looking for fancy ambiance or top-notch service, this is NOT the place for you‼️ During busy times, it can get chaotic, even though the elderly staff are always smiling. Sometimes, the assistant chef even steps out to serve customers, and the chubby uncle taking orders reminds me of Flash from Zootopia 🦥⚡—selectively slow and totally relaxed, controlling the pace like he’s unfazed by the fast-changing world.
