Loc Lac — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

We ordered a few bowls of pho, a beef loc lac, and a few trays of beef dumplings.

We walked in and a lady greeted us and sat ur down. There menu was on a laminated paper where we use erasable markers to mark what you want.

We ordered our food. Out came the spring rolls. We got a veggie instead of a beef. So we called the lady about the wrong dumplings and it was taken away and corrected after 10min. Dumplings were dry, the meat broke apart after each bite.

My beef loc lac came out. Beef was also dry. Portion was smaller than expected. And we waited for almost 20mins until the bowls of phos started coming out. By the time the pho was out, i was done my rice

We found out it was a one woman show. This lady was taking calls for takeout, cooking the food, taking walk in customer orders, cooking them and also cleaning the tables.

No wonder it took so long. I was surprised the restaurant got a 4.7 rating. I went on a weekday at 8pm and had a party of 6.

Our bill was also wrong. She charged us for the veggie dumpling that she took away. Our french and her english wasnt great so it was like apples and oranges talking to each other.

Très déçue pour ma part. Lors de ma première visite, j'ai pris une soupe pho. Un plat très satisfaisant par rapport à celles que j'ai dégusté ailleurs. J'y suis retourné un soir, pour une soupe pho encore et c'était franchement insipide : j'avais remarqué notamment l'absence de ciboulette asiatique et des autres condiments habituels...

J'y suis retourné dernièrement, histoire de finaliser mon avis avec un Bo-bun. J'en ai à peine mangé la moitié, pas vraiment bon et de rares morceaux de poulets sans goût avec notamment la présence d'un énorme bout de peau. De plus il était à peine tiède (réchauffé à la va vite au micro onde).

Bref, pas du tout satisfaite par les produits, il y a mieux aux alentours.
