The Oyster Bar | Vegas Late-Night Eatery 🦪🌙
Even at midnight, there’s a two-hour wait for this late-night spot—and it’s totally worth it!!! 😋 📍 The Palace Station After a late night of gambling, what’s better than a warm bowl of seafood rice and fresh, giant oysters? 🦪🍚 Open 24 hours! The chef prepares the seafood porridge right in front of you, and the oysters are shucked on the spot! We arrived around midnight—about 20 people were ahead of us. The bar seats around 18 people, and turnover is pretty quick. We waited about two hours before getting seated. (Pro tip: While waiting, have your partner play a round of blackjack nearby—who knows, you might win back the cost of the meal! 👀💰) 🦪 Freshly Shucked Oysters A dozen large, sweet, and plump oysters—absolutely a must-order! 🦀 House Gumbo Spice level 1–10; we chose 2 (barely spicy). Packed with shrimp, crab, and lobster—so good we finished a whole bowl of rice with it! 🦐 Seafood Jambalaya A rich seafood porridge with shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, and mussels. The rice is cooked until soft and tender, with a slight tangy flavor. The portions are huge—we couldn’t finish everything, but we wanted to try it all after waiting so long! Lots of solo diners too—the bar seating is perfect for a late-night meal! 🍽️✨ Have you been to The Oyster Bar? What’s your favorite late-night spot in Vegas?
