The chef prepares seafood gumbo right in front of you, and oysters are shucked on the spot 🦪👨🍳. We arrived around midnight with about 20 people ahead of us. The counter seats around 18, and turnover is pretty quick — we were seated in about two hours. 💡 Pro tip: If you’re waiting with friends, one of you can slip over to the blackjack tables nearby… who knows, you might win back your meal money! 👀 🦪 Freshly Shucked Oysters A dozen large, sweet, plump oysters — absolutely a must-order! 🦀 House Gumbo Spice level 1–10, we chose 2 — barely any heat. Packed with shrimp, crab, and lobster. So flavorful we finished it with a big bowl of rice! 🦐 Seafood Jambalaya A hearty seafood rice stew with shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, and mussels. The rice cooks right in, turning soft and slightly tangy. Portions are huge — hard to finish, but we wanted to try everything after that long wait!
