We booked two apartments—one for our family of four (2 adults + kids aged 12 and 10), and another for the grandparents. Both units were spacious, clean, and beautifully equipped with cozy bedding, full kitchen amenities, and modern bathroom essentials. 🌟 Thoughtful Touches That Made a Difference The instant camera was a hit—our kids loved it! 📸❤️ Coffee, tea, and light snacks were provided—such a warm welcome 🍪☕ In-unit washing machine was a lifesaver, and Bob W even supplied detergent—so considerate! 💬 Stellar Communication & Support The Bob W team was responsive from booking to checkout. They checked in regularly and answered all our questions promptly via WhatsApp. It felt like having a local friend! 👩‍💻🤝 🚇 Prime Location & Safe Neighborhood A short walk to the Tube station 🚇 Surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and shops 🍽️🛍️ We felt safe strolling around, day or night 🌙 Loved exploring both tourist spots and local vibes! ⚠️ A Few Considerations: No elevator – We stayed on the second floor with several flights of stairs. Older family members struggled a bit. If mobility is a concern, request a first-floor unit. No A/C – But multiple fans were provided, and with good airflow from the windows, we were comfortable even during our early July stay 🌬️❄️ ✅ Final Thoughts: We’ll definitely book with Bob W again and look forward to trying their apartments in other cities.
