The Perfect Start to a Yellowstone Trip

📍The High Horse Saloon & Eatery We had just flown in from Pennsylvania to Billings when we stumbled upon this hidden gem of a restaurant near the airport! 😋 It was our first food in Billings, and a friend in the parking lot called out, "You have to try the beef platter!" 😋 Sure enough, as soon as we opened the door, we were drawn in by the Western-style wooden decor and the walls adorned with antler chandeliers. ✅It's a lovely and enjoyable spot in the downtown area. Our server, Courtnay, was like a walking food map. ✅When she heard we were on our way to Yellowstone, she quickly put together the perfect light meal for travelers. 🥳The bread and egg platter was fresh and refreshing, while the beef and vegetable platter was rich and flavorful. 📷Even the complimentary bread was toasted to a perfect crisp outside and soft inside.
