Horrible Experience tonight! For starters we’ll just say the food and the service was Horrible! The waitress was drunk and had no idea what she was doing. she was leaning on one of us customers because she couldn’t even stand up on her own. The food was all Raw and the steaks were still mooing 🐮 Out of 7 orders only one of them was edible and that was the Grilled cheese! We were offered to take one meal off of the bill which was well over close to $200 or more. 3 separate parties myself and my husbands were not even edible they were both raw they took one meal off and had us pay for the rest! Party of one was also not cooked he had to pay for his meal that he didn’t eat! Party of 1 is also a disabled vet and was not even offered a discount for his service! Pretty disrespectful if you ask me! Party of 2 with a to go order they got one meal taken off of 2 that were not edible! The drunk waitress came over and told us they were out of the special so the to go order was no longer available. Manager comes over to talk to us he tells us the drunk waitress told him we cancelled the to go order because our meals were raw and we didn’t want it not true! As stated above she said the special was no longer available! Special did not come with what was pictured online! This place has been good in the past but the way this was handled was very unprofessional as was the waitress! Manager was polite but had other issues to tend to as the cops were in there look for someone who stole white claws from Albertsons! This issue was brought to their attention a few times but the drunk waitress never came back after bring us our food or refill our drinks. Would be nice if they added a kids...

Today it's been a hard day usually the high horse is a great and wonderful place to eat at however today unfortunately was not one of their best days first we will be going back just because their food is usually on point and their service is usually great however I understand that there are extenuating circumstances everybody has their own bad day but today we ordered some food we didn't get the right food and then when they are right food did come back the hot crushed potatoes were rushed and they were undercooked and still raw and when we got served our food the waitress tipped over one of the French toast syrups and one of the plates was sitting in the syrup and she didn't see it and when I tried to tell her that she was leaking syrup all over everything she didn't take it to heed and she drizzled syrup in my wife's purse on my wife's back all over the table and we didn't say anything because we understand that everybody has bad days but I just I couldn't let this go and I do appreciate everything that they do is a very good place to eat and we do enjoy going there we just hope next time we don't get drizzled with syrup and turn the blind eye to and get the right food because we know that your service is...

High Horse Saloon provided us with terrible bar service for our wedding! They were great with communication and were very friendly, but when the day came, the service was bad and they forgot certain drinks we had requested! First, they tried charging our guests for a certain drink we were paying for, even though they had a sign they wrote themselves about which drinks we were providing for our guests! Second, when it came time for toasts we asked for the champagne, they said they forgot the champagne, and they asked that we wait about 20-30 minutes so they could go get some, but we were tight on time as guests were starting to leave after dinner. Third, they did not bring requested brands of alcohol or mixers for our preferred drinks, even after it was confirmed over phone and email that it would be available! Lastly, I had paid them in advance for our keg, set up fee, and the labor but they charged us again for them since my husband finished paying at the end of the night. There was so much going on how were we to catch that immediately? They are highly recommended, and we don't know why. They provided just terrible services and were the only vendors...
