My stay at the Kimpton Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment I arrived, every staff member made me feel welcomed, seen, and truly cared for. A heartfelt thank you to: Ken Mathews for his warm and friendly welcome 🧡 Naziyra for a smooth and easy check-in process 🗝️ Carl for a quick, efficient, and cheerful check-out experience 🧳✨ It’s clear that the staff here are valued and love what they do — everyone was exceptional, attentive, and went out of their way to be helpful in every possible way! A special and deep thanks to Darius — I can’t thank you enough! In the middle of the night, I had a minor emergency, and Darius did everything he could to assist. Not only did he help — when I was in pain and pharmacies were closed, he found and brought me chamomile tea 🍵💛. That level of kindness is rare, and I’m forever grateful. The room service was equally impressive — thoughtful, friendly, and always going above and beyond. Even with some road construction nearby, the location was perfect — within walking distance to all the major sights, including the Alamo and the Riverwalk 🚶♀️🌳. The rooftop bar was a fantastic experience too — delicious drinks and food! A special shout-out to Esau, the bartender who took great care of me and offered wonderful recommendations 🍹🍤. This stay exceeded all my expectations.
