It's conveniently located near the Hilton hotel where we stayed. Not wanting to venture into the city center, I randomly searched on Dianping (a popular Chinese review app) and found this century-old establishment, which turned out to be truly remarkable! The steak quality is impeccable, and the overall experience is nothing short of top-notch.😀😀😀 Location and Ambiance The restaurant is easy to find, situated on a main street near the T2 train station. It’s just a 200-meter walk from the university stop. The interior is warmly decorated, exuding a traditional Italian family atmosphere, making for a particularly comfortable dining environment.❤️❤️❤️ 🍖 The Ultimate T-Bone Steak Experience We ordered the €90 T-bone steak, opting for it over the €75 version because we prefer a juicy, thick-cut steak. The restaurant shows you the steak before cooking to confirm the weight. The medium-rare doneness was spot-on, with tender and juicy meat. Paired with a sprinkle of sea salt, the natural sweetness and dairy richness of the beef were perfectly highlighted. The texture was incredibly rich. Honestly, this was the best steak we’ve had in Europe!🤖🤖🤖 🍚 Truffle Risotto Surprise We also tried the black truffle risotto, which was surprisingly to our taste. Unlike other versions, it was light yet rich in truffle aroma, neither too salty nor too creamy. Since the restaurant isn’t in a touristy area, it attracts more locals, creating a quieter dining atmosphere. We walked in, but the staff did check for reservations. I recommend booking in advance to avoid waiting. This restaurant is a hidden gem worth trying for both steak quality and overall dining experience.
