The Ritual on Himalayan Salt Block 🧂 | Icelandic Red Salmon

This Easter, I was lucky to spend it in Iceland. At the century-old pharmacy turned restaurant, Apotek, in Reykjavik, we indulged in a three-course dinner. The Starter was super memorable 🐟 #RedSalmon on a Himalayan salt block 🧂 Layered with thin slices of green apple 🍏 It was literally a brick of salty goodness 🧱 Main Course 🐑 The lamb was tender and not gamey, cooked to perfection. Dessert 🌹 The chocolate mousse - I thought it was all looks, but after one bite, I was hooked 😋 Dining with #DingYiran in the evening was also an honor.
