The scenery you must not miss in Kelowna, Canada...💕

🍇CedarCreek Estate Winery We booked a dinner table on their website before going, and the actual place was even more stunning than in the pictures! 🍴The restaurant is located on a hillside, with the entire terrace extending outward.🌤️ In the distance, you can see rolling valleys; up close, you overlook the whole vineyard. 🏛️ The sunset glow spills over Okanagan Lake, and the campfire creates a quiet yet elegant atmosphere. 💕What I loved most was the design of the restaurant's terrace—it felt like time had paused, blending the warmth and comfort of the interior with the grandeur of nature. 🚘🚘 🐲The sky outside the wide windows was vividly colored by dusk, shifting from golden to purple to orange. Inside, the restaurant was bathed in soft chandelight, as if inviting people to sit down, chat and laugh with those around them, and share a meal. This tranquility was almost tangible, and the moment seemed to stretch on endlessly.🎃 ✨✨Now, let's talk about the dinner. 🥗 Appetizers We ordered crispy squid and Italian Burrata . I don't really recommend the squid—it felt like the oil was too hot when frying, so the batter completely separated from the squid. 💞💞 👀👀Also, the size was unfriendly for people with temporomandibular joint disorders! 🥩 Main Course We ordered a steak that wasn't on the menu, but it was delicious .🍟🍣 It just took forever to arrive—my friend and I felt like we'd talked about everything from kindergarten to the present before it came out. 🍷Paired with the steak that night was Road 13 Jackpot Malbec.🌻🌻 🍮 Dessert I chose the sticky toffee pudding. Let me emphasize this indescribable dessert ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! I'm not usually a fan of sweet things, but this had an incredibly rich texture. There was vanilla ice cream 🍨 on top, what tasted like date cake in the middle, and a ring of butterscotch sauce at the bottom.🙉 A spoonful brings together cold, sweet, salty, not-too-soft, and chewy flavors all at once! ☘️ This magical combination felt like a somersault cloud dancing in my mouth with every bite—it was totally addictive . 🌳🌳Though by the end, it got a bit cloying... one more bite (chew chew)... ugh, so sweet... last bite (chew chew). In the end, we visited several wineries in a quick three-day, two-night trip .We also had brunch at Quail's Gate (super not recommended!), coffee and light meals at Bright Jenny, and the must-visit Mission Hill tasting for tourists.🍣 All in all, it was a short escape from rainy Vancouver ☔️. We drove to Kelowna on the weekend to enjoy a different kind of scenery.😻😻😻 #AroundVancouver#Kelowna
