The seafood at this Dublin restaurant is incredibly tender…
🎉I came to the island of Ireland to taste the freshness of the cold water seafood from the North Atlantic. I had no idea until I tried it – I’d say it’s the best restaurant I’ve been to in the past 8 days, surpassing all those in Scotland, England, and Northern Ireland!!! 👌We walked in on a Saturday night and got a table, which was on the terrace but actually inside with an electric heater, making it very warm. 🍺The highlight was the seafood platter we ordered, all caught that day!!! At first, we thought it was raw, but the waiter said it was all cooked and very fresh, including three types of sea fish, shrimp, oysters, mussels, and clams. This mussel is the tenderest and most delicious I’ve ever had in 24 years!!! It’s almost unbelievably tender… Each main dish comes with fries, which felt more like wedges, salty, crispy, and delicious!!! 🍽️The oysters, although raw, were not fishy at all, and the crab leg meat portion was quite generous. Each dish magically suited the Chinese palate for seafood; we even used the remaining sauce to dip our fries. 🦐By the way, the atmosphere of the whole restaurant is fantastic. Next door seemed to be a table of Americans celebrating a birthday, singing the birthday song and even greeting us to not disturb us 🤣. The service was also excellent; although beer wasn’t on the menu, we still got to enjoy the famous Irish Guinness beer. The waiter was very patient and asked us several times how we liked the food. Five people ate and drank to their hearts’ content for only 160.8 euros, making it the most delicious and cost-effective meal we’ve had in days!!! #Dublin #DublinDayTrip #DublinFood #DublinSeafood #IrishFood #IrishSeafood
