The second Florentine steakhouse

📌Restaurant Name: Trattoria Mario Personal Taste: In terms of personal preference, the previous restaurant I mentioned suits me better. For two of us, we ordered: 🥩One Beef Steak: We initially planned to order the T-bone steak today. However, the waiter informed us that the T-bone is quite large, weighing around 1.6 kg. He suggested we go for the L-bone (their term?) which is the side without the fillet. We noticed fillet as a separate option on the menu. It seemed to be prepared in a traditional way, cooked to medium-rare. It looked quite raw, but it tasted fine. The steak was juicy and not tough to chew, with tender meat. It's best to eat it while it's hot; otherwise, it might feel a bit raw when it cools down.😍😍😍 Ambiance: The restaurant is quite small, and there are shared tables. The owner is a Florence football fan. The WiFi password is "shit juventus," so Juventus fans should be cautious😻😻😻 We had initially considered going to Zaza or another chain restaurant, but after checking the menu, we found the prices were way too high. T-bone steaks at other places cost around 80 euros per serving. Here, it's around 55 euros. It seems that steaks at other restaurants might be cooked a bit more done. If any of you have tried both places, please feel free to leave a comment and share your experience. Since we're leaving Florence for Rome tomorrow, we won't have the chance to try many more places. #Florence #FlorenceCuisine #FlorenceTravel #FlorenceTravelTips
