The Secret Happiness of Fried Cheese and Colorful Cake
⭕️The fish is tender, yet the skin is crispy and fragrant, likely torched to achieve such different levels of doneness in the same piece of meat.⭕️ ⭕️I must praise two of their appetizers.⭕️ ❤️Crispy Cheese Curds, made with cheese from Connecticut, come with two small cans of dipping sauce, one spicy and the other Ranch dressing. I prefer the refreshing spicy one. Dipping the hot little cheese curds and sending them to my mouth, it's as if my taste buds have harvested an entire farm. ❤️Grilled Shrimp Buds have amazed me. The large shrimp are marinated in Citrus Marinade, fully flavored with sour, spicy notes, served with shredded cucumber, Buddha's hand, and apple in Miso Aioli sauce, topped with pickled red pepper rings. Each bite is a different flavor, and each bite is reluctant to swallow. ❤️Waking up at three in the morning and traveling from west to east, I take a few sips of the local Philadelphia Phily Pale Ale beer. Before entering the restaurant, I happen to encounter the city's pub-hoppers, laughing and stumbling by. I snatch a photo.
