Yesterday in Chinatown, I spotted a newly opened Fuzhou Da Pai Dang β and of course, I had to try it! π We ordered some signature dishes: Drunken Spareribs π β A true Fuzhou specialty! Crispy outside, tender inside, with that perfect sweet and sour tang. Fuzhou-Style Fried Rice Noodles π β My first time trying it here, and it did not disappoint! So flavorful. Braised Platter β The beef and beef tongue were incredibly tender. (Couldnβt finish it, so I took the rest home to enjoy with drinks! π») Fish Ball Soup π² β Comfort in a bowl.
