The staff here was absolutely wonderful β specifically, Maricello and Maria went above and beyond to make our stay magical. A little backstory: This was a short getaway with some friends who had never visited New Orleans before. It was also our anniversary, and I wanted to surprise my husband β something I donβt often pull off! π So, during check-in, I casually asked if they could do something small to help us celebrate. Not only did they listen β they truly went the extra mile. They surprised us with wine, a beautiful fruit and cheese tray, and a heartfelt handwritten card. π·π§πβοΈ But it was the card that really touched my soul. The kindness and personal attention behind that gesture made my heart smile. Because of their warmth and generosity, I was able to give my husband a beautiful surprise β and it reminded me that God is good, and there are still kind, good-hearted people in this world. β¨ Thank you, Maricello, Maria, and the entire team, for creating such a special experience.
