Things to do in the UK: Evening Choral Evensong at Westminster Abbey 🎵
Admission to Westminster Abbey 🎫 is over £20, but if you'd like to save on the ticket and still visit Westminster Abbey, you can go at five in the evening to attend the Choral Evensong, which is a truly worthwhile experience! You can start lining up at the church entrance before 4:30, and the earlier you line up, the better your seat on the red velvet chairs right next to the choir for an immersive experience! The Evensong ceremony is solemn, and photography and walking around are not permitted. However, Westminster Abbey is also a must-visit attraction in the UK! The tombstones of many royals and famous historical scientists in British history are located here. If you're visiting the UK, it's recommended to 🎫 go in and visit! You can tour in the afternoon and then attend the Evensong directly afterwards. The fridge magnets and various small souvenirs in the shop at the entrance are also very beautiful! Queen Elizabeth II's coronation ceremony was held here. I particularly love the fridge magnet with the Queen's Corgis! ⏰ Opening hours: 9:30-15:30 (Last entry for visitors, you can tour until 4:30 and then line up inside for the Evensong to get a front-row red velvet seat 🌟) 🚇Nearest Tube Station: Westminster 🌟Note: Westminster Abbey is also known as Westminister Abbey #westminster #WestminsterAbbey #London #LifeInUK #LondonLife #WeekendInLondon #UK
